A fusion technique that combines both yoga and massage to create a harmonious unification. The body relaxes into Yin postures (asanas) while the mind travels on sound vibration waves produced by singing bowls and chanting. The massage therapist will constructively massage areas of tension while the pose is being held for 3-8 minutes. All poses are supported; bolsters and pillows are used to prop. Clothes stay on. All yoga accessories will be provided. $45/person or $65/couples.
Kat’s Fusion Method was created by weaving her knowledge in myofascial release, Swedish strokes, lymphatic drainage, tapping, rocking, stretching, METs, and Shiatsu throughout the massage. Medium to firm pressure; add on deep tissue with trigger point work. This massage style promotes circulation and muscle movement correction. Choose a focus or let Kat find the imbalance in your body. -90/60/45 min sessions
The goal of Swedish Massage is to soothe away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is the ultimate relaxation method, add aromatherapy and you’ll be in heaven. Massage in general increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves mobility in the connective tissue. A more gentle, Swedish-styled modality that Kat is knowledgeable in is used to give you a calming massage. No deep tissue, myofascial release, or trigger point therapy here. -90/60/30 min sessions
Breath and patience allow the fascia around our muscular structure to soften and change. Slow, purposeful holding-strokes using light to firm pressure to release tissue layer by layer. Fascia is a casing of connective tissue that varies in thickness, locking in place the structure it surrounds such as organs, blood vessels, bones, nerve fibers and muscles. It is designed to stretch and give as you move. Suggested for athletes, the sedentary folk and specific conditions. -90/60 min sessions
Lightest of light pressure that stimulates the immune system as the therapist facilitates in manual drainage of the lymph nodes. This purposely light touch is a technique used to activate the immune system and stimulate the elimination of wastes in the body. -90/60 min sessions
The feet are our source to living a motion-filled life. Pay extra attention to the feet and hands, they are the map to our internal well-being. 30 minute reflexology sessions are add-ons only. To book go to add-on section. -90/60/45 min sessions
Heat will bathe your body with relaxation while the heaviness of the hot stones will comfort your soul. Smoothed and polished rock made when volcano lava is cooled by the ocean in a natural rhythmic cycle and is the most abundant rock on the Earth's moon. Basalt rocks provide great heat transference and allow for a variety of smooth to deeper strokes. The pressure for this massage is customized to your specified amount. You will leave feeling calm and rejuvenated. -90/60 min sessions
According to the APA, massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains and may help improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Choose to use the pregnancy pillow for your massage or get comfortable in the sideline position using as many individual pillows as needed. Seated massage and other modifications are suggested as well and your therapist will work well with you to decide what is best. -90/60 min sessions

No matter the weather or time of year, our feet and hands take a beating. Give your hands the extra care they need while your feet soak in water charged with negative ions. It is believed that negative ions increase levels of serotonin, boosting energy while helping to alleviate depression by stabilizing mood and stress. An ion foot bath cleanse is a great complimentary service to accompany a paraffin wax dip. Clothes stay on, client sits. Foot and hand massage at the end. -45 min sessions

This technique is used by many athletes to draw toxins, knots and adhesions up closer to the surface so that it may be massaged out more easily and effectively. Anyone can use it; it has helped best with cellulite, acne and the releasing of stubborn knots. No extra time is added to the scheduled massage. Add on an extra time (15 mins) for $20.
Hydrocollators provide heating packs with long lasting heat that is moist, not dry and is able to penetrate deeper into an area. Scraping tools are made from the same stone I use for my Heat-O-Licious Hot Stone Healing massage treatment. After allowing heat to penetrate the area, the therapist uses a friction technique to heal damage and decrease inflammation. No extra time is added to the scheduled massage.
