Appointment cancellations require an advance notice of at least 24 hours.
Appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, the $25 deposit made at booking will suffice as payment received for services. However, if cancelling after the 24 hours of advance notice amd/or no shows continue to happen, the full amount due for the appointment is expected to be paid before any future appointment can be allowed. There is an option under The Gift of Massage that allows the booker to pay in full prior to any massage service with Moving Hands Studio.
Should anyone who has booked (paid the deposit of $25 and there are 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment) change their mind with no intent to reschedule, they are entitled to the $25 deposit back minus the card fees.
Illegal use of drug is prohibited and will result in the termination of the current session and/or termination of all future therapist-client relationship.

In case of a violation of any of these policies, you will still be responsible for the full amount due for the appointment(s). No Refund.
