It is requested from the client to notify Kat (owner and LMT) of any changes that conflict with your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
All sales are final. Any deposit(s) made are kept and used towards completed appointments. Moving the appointment to another date / time is a sufficient way to not loose your deposit. Another sufficient way to carry over your deposit is to properly gift it to another person if you yourself cannot fulfill the scheduled appointment.
If for some reason these above options do not accommodate your situation, please reach out to the owner via email / text.
Illegal use of drug is prohibited and will result in the termination of the current session and/or termination of all future therapist-client relationship.

In case of a violation of any of these policies, you will still be responsible for the full amount due for the appointment(s). No Refund.
